AGAVI – Portuguese Association for the Promotion of Gastronomy and Wine, Regional Products and Biodiversity – has the mission of contributing to greater dynamism in the agri-food sector. Founded in 2010, as a non-profit commercial association, it has, since then, asserted its position and fulfilled its objectives through various actions nationally and internationally. As part of its vision is an editorial project in the area of gastronomy and restaurants, capable of positioning AGAVI as an aggregator of relevant information and opinion on food culture, wine and discoveries and trends in the hotel and tourism industry.

Soochy Lab

At Soochy we accept the challenge fully. We created a new brand that we named Eggas (a gastronomic publisher) that manifests itself in two major communication supports: a website focused on Portuguese identity, highlighting references to products, specialties, places and people that represent and promote it, in Portugal and in rest of the world. A platform developed with Worpress technology capable of automatically scanning online news sources and finely curating their publication; and we also developed a magazine that is the analogue manifestation of the main topics covered online in a given period. The EGGAS brand has been on the market since 2020 with excellent results both online and offline, having been recognized by the specialized press as a success story.
